Social media has transformed the way businesses interact with the public online. A proper social media plan is essential when your brand reputation is at stake. I have the experience of helping manage social media campaigns for many businesses, including a public entity with over 19,000 employees.

While others may rely on WYSIWYG editors, I actually prefer hand-coding my custom websites. Typing each line of HTML and CSS myself allows me to get pixel-precise results and avoid the limitations of 3rd-party applications.

For clients who require more control and frequent self-updates, I've worked with a variety of content managememt systems including WordPress, Microsoft SharePoint and Drupal.
